How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a deck if I have already applied grip tape?
No, we cannot accept returns on skateboard decks once grip tape has been applied or if the board has been skated. All returns must be in original, resalable condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
Will my complete skateboard arrive fully assembled?
By default, completes are shipped unassembled to ensure the safety of the components. However, you can select the 'Pro Assembly' option at checkout if you want our team to build it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference-based, but generally, 7.5" - 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and above offers more stability for transition and vert.
